These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the online loan application form provided by Money Markets of PNG. By accessing and submitting the Application Form, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully before proceeding with your loan application.
1. Eligibility:
a. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Application Form.
b. You must provide accurate and complete information as requested in the Application Form.
c. You must meet the eligibility criteria set by the Lender for loan consideration.
2. Application Submission:
a. The Application Form is provided solely for the purpose of submitting a loan application to the Lender.
b. Submission of the Application Form does not guarantee loan approval.
c. You acknowledge that any false or misleading information provided in the Application Form may result in the rejection of your application.
3. Privacy and Data Security:
a. Your personal information provided in the Application Form will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
b. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet.
4. Loan Approval and Terms:
a. The Lender reserves the right to approve or deny your loan application at its sole discretion.
b. If your loan application is approved, the terms and conditions of the loan, including interest rates, repayment schedule, and any applicable fees, will be provided to you separately in a loan agreement.
5. Third-Party Service Providers:
a. The Lender may use third-party service providers to process and evaluate loan applications.
b. You agree that these third-party providers may access and use your personal information for the purpose of processing your loan application.
6. Communications:
a. By submitting the Application Form, you consent to receive communications from the Lender, including emails, text messages, and phone calls related to your loan application.
b. You may opt out of certain communications by following the provided instructions.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
a. The Lender reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
b. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes.
8. Termination:
a. The Lender may terminate your access to the Application Form at its discretion without notice.
b. You may terminate your use of the Application Form by discontinuing the application process.
9. Governing Law:
a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The National Court of Justice of Papua New Guinea.
b. Any dispute that arises from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in The National Court of Justice of Papua New Guinea.
